This is available for all levels of individuals from no experience to advanced lifting.

Schedule an individual coaching session for either Squat, Bench Press, or Deadlift by a Certified United States Powerlifting Association Coach.

- Customized programming is available, tailored towards individual lifter's specific goals, and emphasizes long-term athletic development.

- Programming encompasses general conditioning/hypertrophy, general strength development, off-season, and/or meet prep, as well as transitions in between all 4 blocks.

- Comprehensive weekly check-ins with the coaching staff are standard.

- Only available for current PDX Barbell Club gym members.

- Access to scheduled weekly phone or video call with coaches for questions and form evaluation.

- Only available for remote clients.

New To Powerlifting?


One Time Fee:
$225



Schedule a one-on-one appointment with one of the coaches for an initial assessment and training session.

The initial assessment will involve learning the three compound movements in Powerlifting competition:
Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

The training session will involve working out with the team and other members in the gym.

*** This service is offered free of charge for all new members who sign-up for the 3 month or 6 month unlimited membership within the first 30 days of joining ***

Powerlifting
Strength & Conditioning
Group Training



Monthly Fee:
$50



Join us weekly for our group training focusing on Powerlifting, Strength & Conditioning!

Our group training focuses on building strength through Squatting, Bench Pressing, and Deadlifting a long with complimentary accessory exercises. Following this, we end each training session with conditioning workouts.

Along with instructed workouts, our coaches will proactively work on helping improve movement patterns and technique to help prevent and reduce potential injuries. It is our goal to help each individual move better and more effectively with quality coaching.

The training environment is in a group setting led and monitored by a PDX Barbell Club Coach where you will also be training with others as well.
